✨ 45 minutes of flowing movement
Gentle, intentional Vinyasa to shift what’s stuck, physically and mentally.
✨ 30 minutes of restorative rest
Supported poses, calming breath work, and guided relaxation to ground your nervous system and soothe your body from the inside out.
✨ A chance to come back to you
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded and maybe a little more like you again. It’s not about smashing goals or sweating it out. It’s about ending the month and starting the new one with intention, with care and with you in mind.
